Free setup, trial and billing

One plan with everything: $19 a month or $149 a year (about $12.42 a month, billed yearly). Prices are in USD; sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout.

1. Free setup, no card

When you first sign in you get free setup: full use of Sambandh for up to 10 records or 48 hours from Claude’s first action, whichever comes first. Records are contacts, deals, follow-ups and logged interactions. Edits and deletes don’t count.

The 48-hour clock starts only when Claude first reaches Sambandh, so nothing runs down while you’re still connecting. If one request would go past 10 records, nothing from it is saved and Claude tells you how many are left.

2. Add a card to start the 14-day trial

When free setup ends, your CRM stays readable. To keep adding, open Billing in the dashboard and add a card. Your 14-day free trial starts that day, and your first charge is on day 15: $19 on monthly, or $119 for your first year on yearly. We email you a reminder at least 3 days before the first charge.

Before checkout you see the price, the first-charge date and the renewal terms, and you tick a box to agree.

$119 for your first year

Choose yearly when you start your trial, or switch to yearly during it, and your first year is $119. It renews at $149 a year. Switching from monthly to yearly during the trial ends the trial that day and charges $119 at once; Billing shows this before you confirm.

Renewal

Plans renew automatically until you cancel: monthly every month, yearly every year at $149. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our online reseller and merchant of record. Charges appear on your card statement under Dodo Payments.

Cancel

Cancel anytime in Billing, which opens the Dodo Payments customer portal. Cancel during the trial and you won’t be charged; you keep access until the trial ends. Cancel a paid plan and it won’t renew; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. To be safe, cancel at least 48 hours before your trial ends or your renewal date.

Refunds

Monthly plans: no refunds for partial months. Yearly plans: a full refund if you ask within 7 days of the charge, for a first purchase or a renewal. The full policy is on the refund and cancellation page.

After you cancel

You’re never locked out of your own data. After a cancellation or when a plan ends, Claude can still read your CRM and you can export it from the dashboard; only adding and changing records stops. We delete an account only after 12 months with no sign-in and no use from Claude, and we email you 30 and 7 days before, with an export link.
