Sambandh is a CRM for keeping track of your own business relationships. This policy is part of our terms of service.

Don’t use Sambandh to

  • send spam, or run unsolicited bulk email, messaging or other outreach;
  • import or store scraped, harvested or purchased contact lists;
  • store health information (including protected health information), payment card data, government ID numbers (such as Social Security, Aadhaar or PAN numbers), passwords or other credentials, or biometric data;
  • store data about children under 16;
  • make decisions about people’s credit, employment, housing or insurance;
  • stalk, harass, monitor or surveil anyone;
  • store or share content that is illegal, or that infringes someone else’s rights;
  • abuse the service: get around rate limits or plan limits, scrape it, probe or attack it, reverse engineer it, resell it, or create accounts automatically or in bulk.

Your contacts

Store information about people only where you have a lawful reason to, and only what you need to keep the relationship going.

What happens if this policy is broken

We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close an account, as set out in the terms. Where we reasonably can, we’ll tell you first.
