What is Sambandh?
A simple CRM for one person, inside Claude. You tell Claude about calls, people, deals and follow-ups, and Sambandh keeps them with exact dates.
Which assistants does it work with?
Sambandh works with Claude today: Claude on the web, desktop and mobile, and Claude Code.
Does Sambandh email or message my contacts?
No. Sambandh never contacts the people in your CRM. It only stores what you tell it.
Where is my data stored?
In the United States: the database runs on Supabase in AWS us-east-1, and the site and API on Vercel in the same region. The full list is on the sub-processors page.
Do you use my data to train AI models?
No. We never sell your data or use it to train AI models. What Claude reads from Sambandh becomes part of that conversation and is handled under your Claude settings; the privacy policy explains how to turn off training in Claude.
Can I use it without Claude?
Partly. The dashboard has a searchable contacts table you can edit, the activity feed, export and billing. Day-to-day logging is designed to happen in Claude.
How much does it cost?
$19 a month or $149 a year, with $119 for your first year when you pick yearly during your trial. Free setup first, no card; then a 14-day trial that needs a card.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
It stays readable in Claude and exportable from the dashboard. Inactive accounts are deleted after 12 months with no sign-in and no use, with emails 30 and 7 days before.
Is it for teams?
No. Each account is one person’s CRM. On Claude Team or Enterprise, an Owner adds the connector once and each member connects their own Sambandh account.
How do I get help?
Email support@sambandh.ai. We reply within a day.
